Co-founder of the Menzies Financial group, Steve Menzies, well understands the need to play to your strengths. “We are a sales organization, that’s what we do best, but we also know the power of referral and if our backend is not up to speed we won’t be going anywhere fast”.

Menzies Financial Group have been exclusively using Super Back Office – Total Office for over a year and have put nearly 100 loans though the system. Director, Tim Murphy, feels strongly that lender hassles are not for him “Good brokers and good loan processors are very different animals. I haven’t got the patience to deal with the banks” he says with a smile.

Not having to process loans has freed up a significant proportion of time. “It has given us the opportunity to develop our business” states Co-founder Anthony Simon. “We have now established many good referral partners and these relationships are showing real dividends”.

A year ago, the company employed a staff member to process loans, but found the processes both expensive and time consuming. With the introduction of Super Back Office they have seen a marked increase in profit.
